This is a MOC of the OK-GLI glide test vehicle for the Buran program. The payload doors can be opened (I don't know if the real one was able to though).
About the other
The OK-GLI test vehicle was a Soviet plane that was used for 25 test flights between 1985 and 1988 before being retired.
