About the MOC

This is a MOC of the Atlas V 401 rocket. It features a Centaur upper stage with a single engine. It can be detatched from the core stage. This rocket has zero boosters. The fairing holds some space to hold a small payload and there are different fairing sizes available. There also are two variants of the rocket, one being the frosted variant, what the rocket looks like during launch and a non frosted variant. The MOC also includes a small stand.

About the rocket

This rocket is a variant of ULAs Atlas V rocket. It features no side boosters, a centaur stage with a single engine and a 4 meter diameter payload fairing. It first launched in 2002, it since has lunached more than 40 times.
