About the MOC
This is a MOC of the Delta II 6920 rocket with the ROSAT satellite painting scheme. The boosters can not be separated from the core stage. The second stage can be separated from the core stage. The fairing holds some space for a payload, the ROSAT satellite is not in this MOC though.

The Delta II 6920 rocket was an American orbital rocket. It used nine solid rocket motors and a kerolox core and second stage. The ROSAT satellite was launched in 1990 by this rocket.
