About the MOC
All three stages of the MOC can be seperated. The payload fairing has no space for a payload though.
About the rocket
The Titan IIIA rocket was the first rocket out of the Titan III series of expendable launch vehicles. It launched a total of four times, with three being successful launches. The first launch happened in 1964 and the last one in 1965. All three stages are used N2O4 and Aerozine 50 as fuel and oxidizer.
