About the rocket
The Tsyklon 3 rocket was an Ukrainian orbital rocket based on the Tsyklon 2 rocket. It first flew in 1977 and flew a total of 122 times. It had three stages and is about 40 meters tall. It can deliver up to 4.1 tons into LEO
