About the MOC

An Atlas V rocket (which are also available on this website) can be placed on top of it, but is not included. The train carts are not connected to the main structure.

About the launchpad

This is a MOC of the Atlas V Mobile Launch Platform as it's being used at the Space Launch Complex 41 at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station to launch Atlas V rockets. Before Atlas V, the launchpad has supported Titan IIIC, Titan IIIE and Titan IV rockets and is currently also used for the Vulcan Centaur rocket. The transporter holds the rocket as it's transported from the Vertical Integration Building all the way to launch.
